We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Woolscour a couple of days ago. Such an interesting place and the guide with his stories makes it come alive. I have mentioned the Woolscour on my blog and included some photos. Check it out! http://nussbaumerweb.wordpress.com/2013/05/23/blackall/

On one of our recent tours we were lucky enough to visit the Blackall Woolscour. An excellent tour with Dash, and Annette was very welcoming in the shop. Unfortunatley we didn't have enough time to join Bill for one of the popular bush dinners, but next time! Learnt plenty about the golden age of wool!

With help from others I have been able to find that my cousin Charles Bertrand worked as a expert at the Blackall Woolscour from before 1913 til at least 1925
